Fagan Patricia Ann (Pat) Passed away peacefully on 5th November 2018 aged 74 years. Much loved wife to Terry and devoted mum to Sue, Ade, Lance and Tim. A loving nan to Chloe, Amy, Kia, Charlotte, Rebecca and Daniel. Pat will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 21st November at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
