HOUSE Isabel "Pat" Passed away peacefully on 4th January 2020 aged 95 years. Much loved mother of John and Julia. Mother in law of Kaye and Gordon. Loving grandma of Mark, Rachel, Christopher and Hannah. Pat will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at West Berkshire Crematorium on Tuesday 28th January at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
