Wilson Patricia Passed away peacefully at The Royal Berkshire Hospital, surrounded by loved ones on 8th September 2019. She was a much loved wife, mum, auntie, nana and great nana. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will be at Reading Crematorium - South Chapel on Monday 7th October at 12:15pm. No flowers please.
