WOOLFORD Monica Elizabeth 'Mon' Passed away peacefully on 19th February 2019 aged 90 years. Reunited with her husband Jacko. Dearly loved mum of John, Gary and Alison and a much loved nan, great nan and friend to many. Mon will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Friday 15th March at 1.00pm. Family flowers only.
