PALMER Roger Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 8th January 2019 aged 71 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Reading Crematorium (South Chapel) on Monday 21st January at 11:30 am. Family flowers only please.
