HORNSBY Cecily (Cis) Passed away after a short illness on 29th October 2018 aged 87 years in Glebelands Care Home. Much loved Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma. Funeral service at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Thursday 15th November at 2.30pm. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Glebelands Care Home.
