Jeremiah Jack Rubin (Jerry) Passed away on 26th September 2018 aged 61 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Rachael, sister Stephanie and all his friends. Funeral service will be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Monday 15th October at 11.30am.
