THEY’RE back in black and bringing their Rock’n’Roll train to Arlington Arts Centre – it’s AC/DC tribute band Livewire.

Promising a high voltage show covering both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras, and coming complete with cannons and a wall of Marshalls, Livewire is a musical tour of the last forty electric years of one of rock’s most successful bands.

The six men presenting these massive anthems are Jon (vocals), Pete (vocals), Ash (guitar), Dean (guitar), Eddie (bass guitar), Daz (drums). Jon portrays the legendary front man, Bon Scott, who was AC/DC’s original vocalist and a wild man of rock and roll, whose untimely death shocked the world in 1980. Pete, then dons the flat cap as Geordie vocalist, Brian Johnson, whom AC/DC turned to in order to fill the void left by Bon.

Livewire give fans of all ages the opportunity to experience the band’s energetic, authentic and dynamic full on AC/DC show, at the Newbury venue on Saturday, February 8. Tickets cost £14. Call 01635 244246, book online via www.arlingtonarts.co.uk or visit Mary Hare Hearing Centre, in Weaver’s Walk, Newbury.
