We've seen the future. Chewing gum, bouncy balls and farting cars. But has anyone come across the new and exciting initiative coming to Reading? Anything's Possible? Well, we have, and these chaps have such a darn good idea, we have hitched up the sheets and jumped into bed with them without even removing our socks.

The basic idea is really in the title - that anything really is possible. Whether through a wacky idea, or through pure will. You could become the next Pope, my cat will become Prime Minister, farting will power cars in the future, and all those other little natty things you've watched on The Jetsons, or Futurama. Then these chaps will try to realise any of your bonkers ideas - scale models, business plans, proposals, the lot. How radical is that?!

Here are a few of my works in progress…

Bar On A Bus. Have you ever gone to the pub after work, and kept missing your bus by getting your timing wrong with your beer. Worry no more!

Roof Terrace Bar. Struggle for a beer garden in the glorious summer? (OK - this isn't relevant this year… but hear me out) Why not transform your office roof into a pub? Why should air-con units have all the fun?

Tree wifi. Eliminate connection problems when surrounded by trees - turn the trees into receptors. Bingo.

Chewing gum bouncy balls. So you've finished your gum - now what? Stick it under a table, so I can knee it into my jeans? Well, ahaa - you can't, the gum once leaving your mouth turns into a solid round ball.

It's not all wacky ideas and fun though, they have some pretty tasty projects already on the go, including working alongside us at outside:inside Anything's Possible? and outside:inside will be searching for the next line of bands, tomorrow's film directors, designers, photographers and artists of the future, and the new wave of British writers.

We will seek, inspire and give exposure to the successful entrants, plus they'll get the opportunity to perform at outside:inside Festival 2013, win music equipment, festival tickets, cameras and much more.
