The line-up for Reading Festival's Lock Up Stage has been announced.

The stage - traditionally one which features punk, ska and hardcore bands - will be headlined on Friday, August 24, by hardcore rockabilly legends Social Distortion, while Florida's ska punk kings Less Than Jake will close the stage on Sunday, August 26.

Also on the bill are Anti-Flag, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Gallows, Turbonegro, Bouncing Souls, A Wilhelm Scream along with Every Time I Die, Saves The Day, Trash Talk, Touche Amore, Good Riddance, The Skints, Ceremony, Polar Bear Club, Random Hand, This Is Hell, Star Fucking Hipsters, The Flatliners, Dead To Me, Apologies I Have None and Pettybone.

Lock Up stage host and Radio One Punk Show presenter, Mike Davies, said: "Old favourites, new heroes and even surprise guests... we have it all and it will be one hell of a festival."

Acts have also been added to festival's Dance Stage - which runs on Saturday night in place of the Lock Up Stage - including Modestep, Grimes and DJ Zinc. Eccentric indie faves Los Campensinos! have also been added to the main stage bill.

The main stage headliners at the three-day festival, at Little John's Farm from Friday, August 24-Sunday, August 26, are The Cure on Friday, Kasabian on Saturday, and Foo Fighters closing the festival on Sunday night.

Tickets are on sale now, and cost £197.50 for the weekend and £85 for a day. Sunday day tickets are sold out. For details and tickets see www.readingfestival.com
