Concrete Knives, Kinky Boot Beasts, The Dianas to play South Street Arts Centre

PURVEYORS of sunshine pop, Concrete Knives are playing at South Street Arts Centre on Wednesday (January 25).

The French band, who have been compared to Los Campesinos! and the B52s, were chosen as support for Arctic Monkeys for their French dates last summer. Let a little sunshine into your life and head down to South Street on Wednesday night for this Monkeysuit Music-promoted gig.

Supports comes from local bands Kinky Boot Beasts, who mix genres like a barman mixes cocktails, and The Dianas, who, contrary to their name, are three blokes that make a rather awesome noise.

Doors are at 8pm, and entry costs £5 or £4 in advance from www.readingarts.com / 0118 960 60 60.
