THE infamous Milk Kan are coming to The Firestation Arts Centre in Windsor next Friday.
Often considered a mix of The Clash, Kenny Rogers and The Streets, the band is sure to hit the right notes on Friday, March 4
at 8pm.
Milk Kan began when Scrappy Hood and Jimmy Blade busked with their mothers' guitars on London's trains, tubes and late night buses. Following the release of their bedroom-recorded first single in 2004, they swapped the capital's public transport for the lower east side of New York City, playing local open mic nights before returning to London and signing a record contract in late 2007.
Their most recent singles Bling Bling Baby and Junkyard have received rave reviews and airtime from 6music and XFM.
Tickets cost £6 or £3 for students, from www.firestationartscentre.com
