SQUEEZE are returning to Reading for their 2010 ‘Spot The Difference’ tour, and will be performing at The Hexagon, Reading, on Monday, November 15.

The five-piece’s 21-date tour starts in Bournemouth the day before and is their biggest UK tour in more than 10 years.

Squeeze shot to fame in 1977 after the release of their debut EP ‘Packet Of Three’ and have worked with the likes of Elvis Costello and Velvet Underground’s John Cale, and became a popular addition to the UK music scene until the split in 1998. Now back together and back on the road, having reformed in 2007, the band have snubbed huge sell-out reunion tours and re-releases of their hits ‘Cool For Cats’ and ‘Up The Junction’, and now are gradually re-establishing themselves through informal live shows that made their name in the first place.

Original members Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook are joined on this tour by John Bentley, Stephen Large and Simon Hanson.

The doors open at 7pm and for tickets, costing £33.50, call the box office on 0118 960 6060 or see www.readingarts.com
