First time Reading Festival goers fear not as this guide will tell you all you need to know about services and facilities on the site.

First stop the toilets. There are toilets all over the campsite.

There are also free hot showers for men and women at the end of the G4 road, which are open from 5.30am-5.30pm with breaks for cleaning.

Showers are also available at the Rivermead Centre from Thursday-Sunday from 8am-3pm for a small charge.

You won’t go hungry at the festival with food stalls all over the venue. Food is available in the campsite around G4, Reaper Bridge area and in the brown and red campsite. Please note that food is not cheap but will keep you raving into the early hours so make sure you take enough money.

Similarly there are plenty of drinking water points around the site, which are clearly marked.

This year festival organisers have teamed up with Lockerhouse to protect your belongings. There are lockers available which can be booked in advance, and the locker facilities also offer mobile phone chargers.

Cash machines are now available on site in The Market, off the G4 road and in the arena. Please note each transaction will cost you an additional £2. To avoid the surcharge the nearest off site cash machine is Snax 24 Garage at the end of Richfied Avenue or outside Tesco Extra, Oxford Road, South of Portman Road.
