THE Modern Artists Gallery offers a welcome splash of colour this month.

The exhibition Colourful includes pieces by Jon Braley, Sue Bartlett and many more, and runs until February 28.

The selection features large, bright and spring-like themes, ranging from volatile inks to enormous kittens.

A series of sculptures named Conkers is also worth a look, created by the gallery's featured artist for the month: Mark Hall.

Feburary is also the last chance to see the new landscapes by local artist Paul Kessling, who takes inspiration from the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.

Originals vary in price from £1,000-£2,000 and limited edition prints are available starting at £145.

At Modern Artists Gallery, Whitchurch-on-Thames. Call 0118 984 5893 or see www.modernartistsgallery.com
