WHITEKNIGHTS proved too strong for Sussex-based visitors Arun as they secured a 135-101 victory.
The Knights got off to a slow start, but by the 12th end were ahead, and they held on for a comfortable victory.
Top rink for Whiteknights was skipped by Jim Bland with David Ashley-Down, Bill Wilby and Anne Wilby. They finished plus 21 shots.
However, Whiteknights were beaten 99-82 by London Irish, with the visitors winning four of the five rinks contested.
The only successful team for the Knights was skipped by Brian Amos with Lucky Notay, Mike Holmes and Paul Day.
They performed well to end plus eight shots.
