Bowls: Whiteknights kncked out of Yetton Plate by ISCA
WHITEKNIGHTS were knocked out 79-55 in the quarter finals of the national Yetton Plate as Devon-based ISCA proved too strong last weekend.
Although Whitkenights put in a brave display, they were ultimately beaten across the four rinks of four ladies per match to exit the competition following an impressive run.
In the National Under 25’s Singles Championship, Whiteknights members Cathy Edwards and BJ Byles both lost in the last 16, albeit in closely-contested matches.
