Lacrosse: Reading Wildcats blow lead to draw against Bristol Bombers
READING Wildcats blew a 6-0 half-time lead as they were pegged back to a 6-6 draw in a classic encounter at Bristol Bombers.
Wildcats completely dominated the opening period before Bristol mounted a terrific fight-back, leaving Reading captain Paul Milner to rue his side’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’ performance of two halves.
Reading Wildcats host Hillcroft at John Madejski Academy on Saturday (2pm).
Due to injuries and absences, a depleted Reading Wildcats 2nds were thumped 16-2 at Welwyn, while the women’s team lost 15-7 at Cobham having trailed 10-6 at half time.
