Rugby round-up - Gensians, Abbey and Reading all win

REDINGENSIANS bounced back from their narrow defeat to National Three South West leaders Bournemouth with a 46-6 triumph at lowly Newbury Blues.
Gensians led 24-6 at the break thanks to tries from Connor Stapley, Dom Gosling, Seb Reynolds and Azza Hopkins.
The visitors spurned a couple of opportunities to extend their lead further but Aaron Hopkins, Stapley, Jez Flynn and Will Clarke all touched down to ensure a comfortable win.
Elsewhere, Reading and Reading Abbey both enjoyed emphatic and vital victories over Olney and Buckingham in South West One East.
Reading's 69-20 win and Abbey's 52-0 triumph means that the two teams moved clear of the bottom two places, which are now occupied by Olney and Buckingham.
