Gensians
FULL-back Warren Abrahams could miss the National Three South West clash with strugglers Chippenham at Old Bath Road on Saturday (2.30pm).
The speedy Springbok sustained a wrist injury in the Oxford Harlequins defeat and is having an X-ray to determine the exact nature of the problem.
As the club's injury crisis deepens lock Ollie Randall, hooker Nick Dewland and centre James Dunn will also be missing after the Quins game.
To add to Gensians' misery, flanker Alex Dawkins could be ruled out for some time with a cruciate ligament injury. Also on the injured list are Spike Chandler, Simon Swadling, Owen Root and Joe Hallett.
A little bit of good news is the probable return of centre Peter Freeth and lock Sam Hallett to first team duty as coach Alun Rise waits to name his team.
Gensians' record against the Wilts men has been impressive recently with a 41-24 away win in September after amassing more than 100 points in two huge successes last term.
Reading
THE Green Machine will be looking to get their season back on track on Saturday with a tricky home fixture against fourth placed Chinnor.
The Holme Park side made a good start to life in National Three South West following last season's promotion.
However they have slipped off the pace over the last two month with six defeats in their last seven games.
Last time out they failed to score for the third time this season and they will be looking to set that straight on Saturday.
A last minute drop goal gave Chinnor a narrow 12-10 win when the sides clashed earlier in the season.
Abbey
ABBEY will be looking to do the double over Buckingham as the second half of the season gets underway this Saturday.
The result between the sides at Rosehill was 15-13, and after picking up their first away win of the season last weekend, Abbey will travel to Buckingham full of confidence.
Despite Stephen Gaines being ruled out for eight weeks with damaged ankle ligaments, and the absence of skipper Tom Waterhouse from training with a high temperature, a strong squad will be available after last week's morale boosting win over bottom club Wotton Bassett.
On the credit side Danny Pawlett returns from injury to strengthen the pack.
At full back the return of Steve Drake has tightened the defence with his reliable tackling and good kicking, and Owen Rees in the centre gets better with every game.
Stand-in skipper Jim Dye said: "The second half of the season starts here and we need to show what we can do when we are on song.'"
