READING goalkeeper Beth Storry was unable to prevent Great Britain losing 1-0 to hosts Argentina in the final of the Champions Trophy.

Storry, who played her 100th international appearance in the semi-finals, made a number of good saves throughout the match but was unable to keep out Silvina D'Elia's 28th minute penalty corner.

The silver medal is still GB's best finish at the tournament, which is contested by the top eight sides in the world.

Reading's Alex Danson, Kate Walsh, Helen Richardson, Laura Bartlett and Emily Maguire were also involved in the match.
