FULL TIME: Reading 2 - 0 Coventry City

90+2 mins. Getting a bit heated over in the far corner as Reading and Coventry fans exchange words. Stewards have it under control.

90 mins. Four mins of tiime added on.

87 mins. Reading sub: Jay Tabb for Leigertwood.

84 mins. Coventry's Craine is lucky to get away with there after clearly tripping Mills from behind. Craine had already been booked but the referee deemed it a clean tackle. Very odd.

82 mins. McSheffrey booked. The subsequent free-kick causes problems in the Coventry box but the ball is eventually cleared.

81 mins. Coventry chance as McSheffrey fluffs his shot from a free-kick.

78 mins. Coventry chance but again Federici makes a superb save at full stretch to deny Nimely.

76 mins. Reading sub: Tomasz Cywka for Kebe. Coventry sub: Carl Baker for Deegan.

74 mins. Reading chance as Church fires over from eight yards from a Harte free-kick.

73 mins. Reading let off the hook there as an Alex Pearce clearance is charged down by Nimely. The striker tries to find Clive Platt but Federici is alert and snaffles up the ball.

70 mins. Teasing cross from Harte but it's just too far in front of Church and Kebe.

68 mins. Reading sub: Simon Church for Hunt.

66 mins. Another terrific save from Federici to tip McSheffrey's thunderous long-range effort over the bar. Federici then shows safe hands to catch the corner in a crowded goalmouth.

Coventry having a real go now.

64 mins. Mikele Leigertwood booked for Reading.

62 mins. Sensational one-handed save from Adam Federici to keep out a wicked strike from Alex Nimely from 12 yards out. Coventry fans were already on their feet celebrating. Incredible reflexes from the Aussie.

62 mins. Today's attendance: 18,006 including 1,303 from Coventry.

61 mins. Superb punch clear by Federici from Cyrus Christie's cross. Brave that and certainly cleared the danger.

59 mins. Coventry sub. David Bell for Clingan.

55 mins. Half-hearted penalty appeals from Reading when Roberts goes down in the box. Nothing given.

53 mins. Still not much in the way of goalmouoth action this half. But Reading are really worknkg hard for each other with Jem Karacan and Mikele Leigertwood putting in the hard yards in midfield.

48 mins. Quiet start to the second half. Kebe seems to be Reading's only realy outlet going forward.

4.04pm. And we're off again. No changes for either side.

HALF-TIME: Reading 2 - 0 Coventry City

Reading comfortably in front against the Championship's basement team thanks to goals from JIMMY KEBE and JASON ROBERTS.

43 mins. Reading 2 - 0 Coventry City

JASON ROBERTS puts Reading 2-0 in front with his second goal in as many games.

Initially, debut boy Matt Connolly looked like he had scored when he nodded Ian Harte's corner towards the goal.

But the ball must have taken a nick off Roberts on the way in.

Long way back for Coventry now.

43 mins. GGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL

42 mins. Federici looses his footing but recovers in time to pluck McSheffrey's effort out of the air.

40 mins. Yellow card for Coventry defender Martin Craine for pulling Kebe's shirt.

37 mins. Reading chance as Hunt heads straight at Joe Murphy from a Kaspars Gorkss cross.

34 mins. Reading comfortably in front at the moment. They're keeping Coventry at arms length.

32 mins. Noel Hunt heads wide from a corner. Good chance that for Reading.

24 mins. Reading 1 - 0 Coventry City

Cometh the hour, cometh the KEBE!

Yes, Jimmy Kebe breaks the deadlock with a cheeky, angled chip into the far corner.

It was a brilliant finish and came when Jason Roberts showed great strength and skill to hold the ball up in the first place.

Kebe's third goal of the season on his return to the side.

24 mins. GGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

20 mins. Jason Roberts looks frustrated after failing to win a free-kick from the referee. It's been one of those games so far. But credit to Coventry who have played some ncie stuff.

18 mins. Gary McSheffrey escapes a booking following a bad tackle on Kebe.

17 mins. Promising Reading counter attacks breaks down following a poor cross from Mills who should have taken more time. Better though.

15 mins. Coventry chance as Gary Deegan's 25-yard volley flies just wide of Adam Federici's post.

13 mins. Half-chance for Reading as Mills bombs forward and ships ocver a cross. Noel Hunt gets his head to it but his effort lacks power.

11 mins. Not much in the way of goalmouth action yet. Reading haven't created anything of note.

7 mins. Early blow for Coventry as left-back Richard Wood hobbles off and is replaced by Jordan Clarke. Like Reading, Sky Blues have enough injury problems already.

3 mins. Reading fight back and Jason Roberts puts Joe Murphy under pressure, forcing the Coventry keeper into a mistake.

2 mins. Bright start from the visitors who win a free-kick just outside the Reading area. But the delivery is poor.

3.02pm. And we're off. Reading wearing their hoops, Coventry in green and black stripes.

2.57pm. It is super cold here today. Well it in the press box which is constantly in the shade. The east and north stand will be a little bit warmer in the sunshine.

Anyway, the teams are heading down the tunnel now - not long to go.

2.45pm ko. After an enforced two week break Royals return to action looking to extend their recent run to nine wins in 12 league games.

That is the best run by any side in the Championship and they are massive favourites to pick up another three points today against a Coventry side yet to win away from home this season.

However, injuries are taking their toll on Reading and tofday will be a real test of the strength of their squad which has been boosted by the recent Aonton Zingarevich-funded transfers.

2.30pm. The teams:

Reading (4-4-2): Federici - Connolly, Pearce, Gorkss (c), Harte - Kebe, Karacan, Leigertwood, Mills - Hunt, Roberts. Subs: Andersen, Tabb, Le Fondre, Cywka, Church.

Coventry: Murphy - Christie, Wood, Craine, Keogh, Clingan. Deegan, Norwood, Nimely, Platt, McSheffrey. Subs: Clarke, Dunn, Bell, Baker, Eastwood.

Referee: David. Coote.

2.10pm. The team sheets are in and Reading make FIVE changes to the side that started in the 1-0 win over Bristol City two weeks ago.

Jimmy Kebe, Mikele Leigertwood, Matthew Connolly, Ian Harte and Joseph Mills all come into the side.

Shaun Cummings is injured so Connolly will make his Royals debut at right-back, with Harte replacing the injured Andy Griffin at left-back in a new-look back four.

Elsewhere, Mills comes in for injured skipper Jobi Mcanuff on the left wing, while Kebe makes his long-awaited return from injury on the right wing in place of Hal Robson-Kanu, who also has a knock.

Leigertwood is preferred to Jay Tabb in central midfield.

Welcome to the Madejski Stadium for live coverage of today's Championship clash between Reading and Coventry City.

Team news to follow.
