41 mins. Jem Karacan is brought down a few yards outside the City box. But McAnuff smacks it straight into the wall. Wasted.

36 mins. Roberts heads wide for Royals from McAnuff's cross.
35 mins. Bristol's Wood fires one wide from 25 yards. Decent game this with chances at both ends, Reading having had the better opportunities.
31 mins. Half-hearted penalty appeal from Reading as Roberts looked to have been held as Antonio's cross came in. Nothing given.
28 mins. Good spell for Bristol City. They're keeping the ball well whereas Reading have given it away a few times.
23 mins. Bristol City chance as Albert Adomah's overhead kick is pushed away by Federici who then reacts quickest to grab the loose ball off Adomah's toe.
18 mins. Reading go close. Roberts sends Antonio away, the winger drills the ball across the six yards box, Hunt throws himself at it but it rolls agonisingly wide of the post.
15 mins. Reading chance as Hunt bursts down the right and picks out the unmarked McAnuff with a glorious cross. McAnuff heads the ball back across goal but wide of James' far post. Should have done better.
11 mins. Reading go close twice. A brilliant ball from Roberts found Hunt who picked out Antonio at the back post. Antonio's shot is well saved by David James and Roberts' follow-up effort is blocked. Royals on top now.
10 mins. Reading chance. Superb feet from Roberts again. He finds Michail Antonio but the winger fluffs his shot. Better from the Royals.
9 mins. Reading chance. Nice work from Jason Roberts who sets up Jobi McAnuff, but the skipper's shot is wide.
6 mins. Another City chance as Stephen Pearson's defelcted shot forces another fine save from Federici. Reading haven't got going yet.
3 mins. City chance as Chris Wood's header forces a good save from Adam Federici.
1 mins. Noel Hunt has taken a bang here. He receives treatment and looks a bit groggy.
3.03pm. Bristol City get us underway. Looks to be a decent crowd - but I've seen bigger when these sides have met in the past.
2.56pm. And out come the teams for this big M4 derby. Bristol City have picked up in recent weeks after a poor start to the season. Derek McInnes has certainly had a positive start to his managerial career at Ashton Gate.
They have beaten both Southampton and West Ham away from home and cannot be underestimated today.
Nice applaus for Cisse when his name is read out.
2.50pm. Nicky Maynard can only make the City bench today. He's refused to sign a deal amid links with Wigan Athletic. Boost for Royals is that - he's a quality player.
Ex-Reading midfielder Kalifa Cisse starts for the visitors.
2.45pm. The ground is filling up nicely and a good following from Bristol City have made it up the M4.
The sun is out, but it's a freezing cold day - let's hope the action warms us up.
2.30pm. So, the first match under the new Russian owners is about to get underway - the Vladstad, sorry, Madstad, awaits with anticipation.
A win for Reading would send them up to fourth in the table, as this is one of only two Championship matches today (Peterborough v Portsmouth being the otrher.
While Royals have won seven of their last 10 league games, they have not been in the best of form recently.
In fact, three defeats in their last four in all competitions speaks for itself.

2.26pm. No Jimmy Kebe for Reading today. He signed a new deal earlier this week, but injury keeps the winger out again today.

2.20pm. The team sheets are in and Reading make three changes to the side that lost 1-0 at home to Hull City a week ago.
And new signing Jason Roberts comes straight into the starting line-up for his Royals debut, with Noel Hunt dropping to the bench.
Fit-again skipper Jobi McAnuff also makes a welcome return in place of Hal Robson-Kanu.
The other changes sees Andy Griffin start at left-back in place of Ian Harte.
Tomasz Cywka, signed from Derby County on Thursday, is also on the bench.
