YANN Kermorgant collected his first individual trophy this week when he was named the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for April.
The 35-year-old Frenchman banged in seven goals in seven games during the month to help Jaap Stam's men secure a play-off spot.
That superb run including winning goals against Leeds United on April 1 and also Wigan Athletic last Saturday.
The former Bournemouth striker, who has netted 17 Championship goals this season, has announced his plans to retire from football in 2018.
But he is dertermined to go out in style by helping Royals return to the top-flight this season.
