READING FC season tickets for the 2017/18 campaign went on sale this morning – with the club offering reductions right across the board.

Current holders who renew their season tickets during the four-week 'Early Bird' period will pay less than they did last year.

And that offer applies whether Royals are plying their trade in the Premier League or the Championship, with Jaap Stam's men sitting fifth in the table and almost certain to clinch a play-off spot.

Fans with season tickets in the popular East Stand will see a reduction of £25 from £375 to £350 if they take advantage of the 'Early Bird' offer.

Those with season tickets in the plusher Upper West stand will pay £75 less than they did 12 months ago should they renew theirs, a drop from £495 to £420.

The cheapest season tickets are available in the Eamonn Dolan Stand where renewals cost £305, which equates to a mere £13.26 per Championship game or £16.05 for Premier League matches.

Royals supporters aged 65 and over can save between £15-£25 on their season ticket renewals which start from as little as £200.
