READING FC are asking supporters to rename the Madejski Stadium's North Stand.
All four stands at the 24,000 capacity stadium are currently named after compass points – north, east south and west.
But Royals now want to adopt a new identity for the north stand and are inviting fans to get the ball rolling.
Supporters wasted little time in making early suggestions on social media with The Steve Coppell Stand or the Elm Park stand among several popular choices.

Reading released a statement saying: “We are looking to connect with our fans and improve and shape the Madejski Stadium’s identity ahead of the start of a brand new season.
“We are handing the naming of the North Stand to the people who sit in it, week in, week out, cheering the team on through rain and shine, ups and downs.”
How about the Phil ParkinStand? #ReadingFC
