- The Reading FC video
FOOTBALL fans on social media have greeted the release of the music video for Reading FC's club song
"They Call Us The Royals" with a mixed reaction this afternoon.
The song, which was first played at the home game against Leeds United back in August, is co-written by Royals co-chairman Lady Sasima Srivikorn.
The video features singers and dancers wearing Reading shirts, along with shots of happy fans celebrating some of Royals' best moments at the Madejski Stadium.
Reading stars Garath McCleary and Hal Robson-Kanu also appear, along with former striker Pavel Pogrebnyak.
The video has proved a hit on Twitter, although reaction has varied.
Some fans have proclaimed the song as "catchy" and "the kind of thing to listen to in the car", but others have described it as "an embarassment" and "the worst thing in football".
Other supporters have joked "it could be an entry for Eurovision 2016".
What do you think of the video
