GEORGE Stowers will leave London Irish at the end of the season to join Magners League side Ospreys.
Stowers, 32, joined Irish in 2009 and has since made over 40 appearances for the club, scoring six tries.
The Samoan international can play at either number eight or blindside flanker and will join Ospreys on a two-year deal.
""I'm excited about signing for the Ospreys and what looks like an exciting challenge ahead. I've spoken at length to the coaches about their vision for the team, had a good look around the first class facilities there, and I'm really looking forward to being able to play a part in what they are trying to achieve," said the Samoan.
Stowers made his international debut for Samoa in 2001 but then had to wait seven years for his next cap in a Pacific Nations Cup match against Fiji.
