A total of 110 players teed off in a shotgun stableford, and trick shot artist Jeremy Dale entertained everyone with an amazing show and helped raise more than £1000 with a challenge on the 12th tee.
The Generals Cup was won by Shaun Walters (15 hcp) who shot a nett 66 and won on countback from Mike Stillman (11 hcp). Ken Paterson Jr (5 hcp) finished one shot back.
Aaron Siddell (2 hcp) won Saturday’s Junior Stableford with 35 points, three clear of Seb Jones (5 hcp). Fraser McDonald (5 hcp) finished third with 30 points.
Auction prizes included a signed screenplay from Sir Kenneth Branagh, and autographed items from Lewis Hamilton, John Terry, as well as hospitality tickets from England and Chelsea.
