CALCOT Park club captain, Barry Sharp, held a fun day competition followed by a barbecue for all participants, family and friends.
The competition was a Waltz 1, 2, 3 with everyone teeing off together in a Shotgun start.
The format of scoring was the best score on the first hole; the best two scores on the second hole and the best three scores on the third hole, this then being repeated throughout the rest of the holes.
The winners with 90 team stableford points were Steve Call, Andrew Hearn, James Storey and Alan Campbell.
Runners-up with 89 points were Derek Kemp, Naid Rahim, Martin Park and Ian Durie, and a point further back were John Duffy, Andy and Djura Macrae-Stowelwinder and Kevin Payne.
In the Seniors’ Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Cup, it was eight handicapper, Andy Macrae-Stoelwinder who took the honours with 38 points.
Ron Grinham (15 hcp) was a very close runner-up with 37 points on countback from David Williams (20 hcp).
