ATTENDANCE: 16,989 (Charlton 1,449).

74 mins. READING BOOKING. Simon Cox for clattering into Bikey.

70 mins. It's all huff and puff from Reading are the moment but very little composure in the final third. Charlton looking pretty comfortable here.

64 mins: CHARLTON SUB: Francis Coquelin for the goalscorer Vetokele.

61 mins. We're two-thirds of the way through now and Reading desperately need a route back into this match.

57 mins: READING HIT WOODWORK. Oliver Norwood is so unlucky not to have equalised with a superb effort from 25-yards that had Henderson beaten but cannoned off the far post and away to safety.

53 mins: CHARLTON CHANCE: Let off for Reading there as Harriott is left unmarked again on the penalty spot. Thankfully, Gudmundsson's pass is a shade too strong and runs out for a goal kick. Reading really need to mark a bit tigher or they could concede a second.

51 mins: READING CHANCE. Obita gets on the end of a cross but heads wide under pressure from a Charlton defender.

47 mins: READING CHANCE. Glenn Murray tries his left from 25 yards but Henderson gets his body behind the ball and saves it easily.

HALF TIME: Reading FC 0 - 1 Charlton.

39 mins: GOAL. Reading FC 0 - 1 Charlton (IGOR VETOKELE).

38 mins: READING CHANCE: Danny Williams volley's side from 20 yard after Oliver Norwood's corner came out to him.

31 mins: CHARLTON CHANCE: A squad pass finds Callum Harriott but he tries to shoot first-time and fails to get enough power. His shot is blocked by Alex Pearce and cleared away. Addicks are making more of an impression now.

30 mins: The weather really is rotten out there. It's lashing down with rain, making playing conditions difficult.

26 mins: CHARLTON CHANCE: Johann Berg Gudmundsson forces a smart, low save from Adam Federici with a 20-yard strike. First real chance for Addicks there.

20 mins: READING CHANCE: Royals work a short corner from the right which comes out to Obita 25 yards out. The winger's first-time strike ping-pongs off a number of bodies before deflecting just wide of the far post. That was close!

17 mins: Reading are putting in a lot of work out there today. They're closing down quickly and giving Charlton little time on the ball.

13 mins: The Addicks have taken the sting out the game a little bit. It's become a bit of a midfield battle.

9 mins. Charlton have seen very little of the ball so far but they're defending well and keeping Reading at bay. Still, it's been encouraging from the Royals.

5 mins. READING CHANCE: From a throw-in, Stephen Kelly crosses from the right and Glenn Murray heads over the bar. Murray found himself in a lot of space in the Charlton box there.

5 mins. Early corner for the Royals, Jordan Obita delivers but Michael Hector gets in Jamie Mackie's way and heads wide. Mackie is fuming, he was in a much better position.

3 mins. Bright start from the Royals. A few half chances are beginning to open up.

Reading, however, have lost seven of their 16 matches, drawing just three.
