Simon Hards (3-10) and Steve Phipps (3-33) were the Camels’ bowling stars, while Sunam Malla and Anthony Clapham both picked up two victims as West End were skittled for just 80.

However Nick Kingston (5-21) and Bob Hodson (2-10) led a spirited fightback from the title contenders as they reduced Sandhurst to 72-8.

But Clapham’s unbeaten 31 saw his side over the line.

Peppard Stoke Row cemented their position at the head of the top flight with an impressive nine-wicket destruction of BCS Grosvenor.

Matt Hopper (6-45) and Roy Hayden (3-46) ripped through the hosts’ batting line-up to rout Grosvenor for just 139, with Hamid Sana’s 50 the main resistance.

In reply Andy Watts (48) and Wynand Lamprecht (67*) led PSR to victory in just 21.3 overs.

Sulhamstead moved into second place by thrashing relegation-threatened Woodley by 77 runs.

Aaron Briggs (61) and Jamie Seward (96) were the backbone of Sully’s 246-3, and Ian Williams (5-53) then bowled his side to victory as Woodley were knocked over for 169.

Woodcote captain Paul Knox continued his wonderful season with a blistering 86 not out as his side beat basement boys Welford Park by 58 runs.

Knox’s 67-ball blast included seven maximums and Mike Stroker (44) also chipped in as Cote were bowled out for 197, with James Barrett, Ian Herrington and Will Herrington claiming three wickets apiece.

A run-a-ball 57 from Will Herrington led Welford’s reply, but Zaheer Ahmed (4-33) and Knox (4-18) rolled over the visitors for 139.

West Reading kept their slim title hopes alive after cruising to a seven wicket win in their derby clash at South East Reading.

Zafar Ali (68*) helped South East post a competitive 194-6, but another imperious knock from Wests’ Adam Davidson (77), aided by fellow opener Kazam Kamal (41), saw their side ease home.

Division One

TABLE-TOPPERS Crowthorne & Crown Wood annihilated Checkendon by 170 runs as they continued their promotion push.

Richard Barron (71), Anthony Cluett (50) and Joe Davies (54) were all in the runs as Crows posted a massive 281-6, while Vikas Chib (3-78) was the pick of the attack.

In reply, Checks never got going and slumped to 111 all out in the face of good bowling from Ross Chalmers (5-43) and Alex Sykes (3-11).

Steve Clarke made a magnificent 152 not out but his Stratfield Turgis side had to settle for a draw against Ibis Mapledurham.

James Wright (62) also chipped in as Stratfield made 238-4, despite the best efforts of Andrew Barrett (3-42).

Matthew Jones (76) top scored in the Ibis reply as they closed on 191-6.

Goring CC jumped out of the relegation zone following a winning draw against Waltham St Lawrence.

Ollie Carrier smashed a brilliant 115 off just 78 balls as Goring racked up 246-5, but Henry Evans (91) and Asif Ali (52) ensured Saints bagged the draw by closing on 209-9.

Emmbrook & Bearwood dropped into the bottom two after they were smashed by nine wickets by Ruislip Victoria.

Ravi Adapa (5-6) and Ashwin Rajashekhar (5-19) decimated Emmbrook for just 55, before the Londoners eased home.

West Reading 2nds destroyed rock bottom Farley Hill by 130 runs.

Adnan Raja (52), Wasim Amin (51) and Usman Ali (48) helped Wests to 216-5, before Mohammed Yousuf (3-22) and Faisal Aslam (3-17) routed Hill for 86.

Division Two

LEAGUE leaders Peppard Stoke Row 2nds pulled off a brilliant run chase to beat Sonning 3rds by four wickets.

Steve Mankee (58) top scored as Sonning totaled 214-8, with Richard Woolfrey the standout bowler (4-47).

Hugh Asquith (40) led the PSR reply but they looked in trouble at 152-6 before Rich Ashton (92*) and Nick Windsor saw them home.

Bradfield took a big step towards promotion by beating Sulhamstead 2nds by 21 runs.

Opener Dave Comber (44*) batted the whole of the Bradfield innings as they made 134-9, with Bruce Ingoe (4-27) the pick of the Sully attack.

However Jack Byrne (3-37) and Bob Bolton (3-13) bowled Bradfield to the win as Sully collapsed to 113 all out.

Dave Shaw (79) and Joseph Boulton (42) impressed for Crowthorne & Crown Wood 2nds as they beat Earley CC by 28 runs.

Crows scored 250-6 and although Gary Shacklady made 84 in reply, Earley were bowled out for 222.

Richard Madgwick starred with bat and ball as Shinfield hammered bottom side Warfield by 170 runs.

Madgwick (90) steered his side to 243-9 despite Takunda Pswarayi’s 6-78, and then claimed 4-20 as Warfield were routed for just 73 - Shashank Garg also claiming incredible figures of 5-6.

Mortimer West End 2nds had the better of a winning draw with Sandhurst 2nds.

Abrar Pewakar (68) led West End to 195, with Russel Stone returning eye-catching figures of 6-58.

Muhammed Ali (4-31) put the Camels run chase in jeopardy, but number nine Stone (51*) led them to safety on 163-9.

Division Three

BCS Grosvenor stayed top after posting 225 and then dismissing Welford Park 2nds for 125 to win by 100 runs.

Hawley beat Twyford & Ruscombe by 98 runs to consolidate second place.

Carl Delaney top scored with 53 as Hawley made 239-6 before bowling their opponents out for 141.

Mark Walton (105) and Martin Dyson (99) impressed for Stratfield Turgis 2nds as they beat Waltham St Lawrence 2nds by 83 runs.

Stratfield posted 251-4 and despite Andrew Hartland’s unbeaten 84, Saints were dismissed for 168.

Knowl Hill scored 174-8 and then bowled Woodley 2nds out for 96 to win by 78 runs.

Division Four

SHIVA Aruna (105*) made his fifth ton of the campaign to lead Sulhamstead 3rds to a 178-1 and a nine-wicket win against Sonning 4ths.

Olly Nicholson (105*) was another centurion as Peppard Stoke Row 3rds chased 158 to beat West Reading 3rds by eight wickets.

Crowthorne & Crown Wood 3rds beat Shinfield 2nds by five wickets after chasing 130 to win, while Ruislip Victoria 2nds conceded their match against second-placed Emmbrook & Bearwood 2nds.
