HIGHMOOR Ibis footballer Zach Tull is to appear in a top-rated, saucy TV reality show.

The good-looking (well, so he says himself) 23-year-old is going on Ex On The Beach, which is shown on MTV UK.

Tull, whose body is covered in tattoos, admits to having a lot of sexual adventures – including frequenting car parks in Reading – but reveals he is going on the show as he wants to put his bad-boy reputation behind him.

He says he doesn’t want any more lonely nights in by himself and needs someone to snuggle up to, preferably a 5ft 6in brunette ‘little rocket’, before he goes grey.

The next series of the popular programme – which features eight single guys and girls going on a dream holiday, only for one of their former partners to turn up – begins on March 20.

  • IT’S a massive weekend for Berkshire non-league football with three clubs striving to reach the semi finals of the FA Vase – the last step before a Wembley final.

Bracknell Town are the only side at home with Yorkshire side Marske United their visitors to Larges Lane.

Thatcham, with 22 wins and a draw from their last 23 games, travel to Melksham in Wiltshire, while Windsor face a difficult trip north to play Stockton.

There must be a good chance of two of the Hellenic League rivals making it through to the last four.

  • SAD news has come from Stan Bembenek, a Reading FC vice-president who over many years did more to promote ladies football in the town than any other person, and who was also chairman of Reading Town.

His wife, Jackie, passed away last Friday at the age of 62. She had bravely fought against health problems over a very long period of time, including a recent mild heart attack.

Her funeral service will take place at Easthampstead Crematorium on Thursday, March 8 at 11.15am.

One-legged Stan, an England international disabled golfer, and Jackie have three daughters and six grandchildren, who include Danielle, a member of the Crimson Heat Tigers, the world, European and national cheerleading champions.
