TWYFORD BC made a positive start to the new season with two wins from their first three matches.
In the opening game at home to Wokingham, the visitors won on four of the six rinks to come out on top 122-78.
Twyford defeated Tilehurst 73-72 despite going down on three of the five rinks.
Rita Orde picked up seven shots in the final two ends of an 18-8 victory with Steve Chamberlain and Tony Phillips.
Twyford won on all five rinks against Burghfield to claim a 122-58 victory.
Club captain Barry Carter skipped Mick Walker and Jenny Self to an outstanding 30-4 win, and there were double-digit victories for Mike Self with Ann Harris and Gordon Wheeler (26-10), and for Jim Turner, Peter Garraway and Jan Walker (28-13).
