Welfare reform has been centre stage at Westminster over the past days. Anyone who has had any dealings with benefits will appreciate just how frustratingly complicated the current system is. The Coalition is in the process of passing legislation to make the system simpler and to limit the amount of benefits any household can receive.
ON THE borders somewhere there are probably still one or two rusting signs welcoming travellers to the Royal County of Berkshire.
Once again I was back in the thick of it on education again at Westminster this week.
SHOULD I ever still feel the need to gaze into the future I reckon the last person from whom I'd seek advice would be a transport planner.
