The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:

" The planned BMX track is nowhere near these problem areas. The new track is unlikely to have a positive impact on these problems due to it's remoteness from Laurel Park. It would be interesting to know how local residents would feel about the BMX track being sited at Laurel Park since it's one of the sites Earley Town Council has, and is, considering. Usually BMX tracks are developed where anti-social behaviour problems already exist as a means of solving it, which would fit this scenario, but it has to be with the full backing of the local community, the people causing the problems, local BMX clubs\enthusiasts and it has to be maintained and supervised properly – something I doubt our Town Council is capable of achieving. I believe the police are under resourced. I've heard it said that they sometimes only have 5 – 10 officers for the whole of Wokingham at night. I don't know how true that is but it's frightening. When you consider that they may only be able to attend 5 incidents at once, and if they're attending teenagers on mopeds then they may be unable to attend a more serious crime or accident elsewhere. I believe the new BMX track will only add to this issue. It's hard to know what will help keep teenagers out of trouble. They obviously need to go somewhere, interact as a group, and have a little fun, The Salvation Army youth club seems like a sensible idea, why aren't the council promoting their own youth club? Surely they have the resources, it shouldn't be down to charity."
