NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY THE PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Premises: SANDHURST MEMORIAL PARK, YORK TOWN ROAD, SANDHURST, BERKSHIRE, GU47 9BJ
Notice is given that SANDHURST TOWN COUNCIL has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under Section 34 of the
Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is:
To change the time of the sale of alcohol at the Sandhurst Freedom March on 23rd June 2012 to 11:00hrs until 21:30hrs
This is a variation from the existing 12:00hrs until 18:00hrs
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, 1st Floor, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1JD. Representations must be made by 8th June 2012
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).

Notice is hereby given that Mr. Anton Dusayanthan Benedict has applied to Slough Borough Council for a Premises
Licence for the premises known as Harshini Food & Wine at 9 Belgrave Parade, Slough SL1 3PR for the retail sale of alcohol (Off- Premises). The proposed application includes a Licensing Application to sell alcohol for consumption Off the Premises between the hours of 08:00 till 23:00 seven days a week.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 15 JUNE 2012 to the Head of Licensing, Slough Borough Council, PO Box 580, Wellington House, 20 Queensmere, High Street, Slough SL1 1FB (or by email to: licensing@slough.gov.uk)

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (£5,000) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.

proposes to carry on the following licensable activities at the above premises
The playing of films (1200 - 2200), live music (1200 - 2300), recorded music (1200 - 2300) or similar activities (1200 - 2300) and entertainment facilities to facilitate aforementioned activities (1000 - 2300) and the consumption of alcohol on the premises (0700 - 2300).
To provide late night refreshment indoors and outdoors from 23.00 to 05:00 on the following morning.
All licensable activities and facilities are to be permitted Monday \u2013 Sunday within hours stated above and will be guided and directed specifically by internal business requirements.
