Letter: May the farce be with them all

Now that we once again (or did they never go away?) have a gang roaming around Woodley on Friday nights (Woodley and Earley Chronicle, October 7), we clearly need more than two officers trying to arrest one of them “to take him home to his parents”! And getting arrested themselves by the rest of the gang!

Instead of Thames Valley Police Farce playing silly games in Woodley Precinct on their “Training Days” (Beware! - Do not go there when they are: it is truly frightening) these same officers should be in the same place on Friday nights when they can do something really useful.
