A MAGICIAN took an audience of people living with dementia by storm when she visited an Earley care home.
The Great DanDini – also known as Danielle Corbishley – wowed an audience of around 36 residents at the Lakeside Care Home in Whiteknights Road on Wednesday, June 4.
Using a combination of sleight-of-hand and card tricks, the Great DanDini put on a show for residents at the specialist care home, which looks after 54 people living with dementia. Activities co-ordinator Sheila Garraway said: “It is the first magic show we have held here and it went down a storm – she was just fantastic.
“It was so much fun. She was very clever and impressive.”
