CHILDREN have been swept up in Royal Wedding fever by decorating bunting to be used for the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Me2 Club's Easter celebrations involved a very special task, as they were invited to put their creative designs on 15 giant flags.

The charity provides recreational opportunities to children and young people with a range of additional needs.

All of the giant bunting flags will be used at the wedding in Windsor on May 19.

Liz McDaniel, fundraising development officer, said: "Lots of our children enjoyed taking part and decorated a flag with paints, pens and crayons.

"We are sure that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will think that the results are excellent."

Me2 Club works closely with mainstream activity leaders helping them to make their activities more accessible and welcoming for people with additional needs.

The charity is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and would like to hear from anyone who is interested in volunteering or fundraising to help support the children.
