POLICE have appealed for witnesses following two burglaries in Woodley.

It is believed that a thief gained entry to the home on Fairwater Drive during the night of March 31.

In a separate incident on Antrim Road, thieves carried out a burglary some time between 9am on the March 30 and 1pm the following day.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101.

"No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court."
