A YOUNG boy was left with cuts to his arm after a house party spiralled out of control in Thatcham.

Thames Valley Police officers were rushed to Station Road at 11.15pm on Saturday, June 10.

A fight had broken out with young boys at the party attacking each other.

A 16-year-old was rushed to hospital with cuts to his arm but has since been discharged.

Investigating officer, Police Constable Nick Easener, based at Newbury Police station, said: "We are investigating this assault and incident of disorder.

"If anyone has witnessed this incident in the Station Road area of Thatcham then we would ask them to please get in touch."

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference 1846 of 10/6/17.

A 16-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy, both from Reading, were arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm.

They have been released under investigation.
