Man charged with sex offence involving young teenage girl
A man is set to face a crown court judge charged with attempting to lure a child into a sex act.
Barry Skinner, aged 34 years, appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court yesterday (May 19) charged with attempting to incite a teenage girl to engage in sexual activity.
Skinner, of Gaywood Drive, Newbury, was remanded in custody and will appear at Reading Crown Court on June 19.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "It is in connection with an incident in Newbury on Wednesday."
