MOTORISTS are being warned that slip roads at junction 10 of the M4 will be closed for the next five nights.

The closures will enable contractors to carry out an anti-skid treatment and renew lane markings following the surface repairs which were carried out around the Winnersh junction last month.

The eastbound exit slip road, which carries traffic south onto the A329(M) towards Bracknell, will be closed overnight tonight (Friday), and on Monday and Tuesday next week.

Tomorrow night (Saturday) and Sunday the westbound exit slip-road, which carries traffic north onto the A329(M) towards Reading, will also be closed overnight.

The work will be done between 10pm-5.30am each night when traffic flows are lowest and a clearly signed diversion route will be in place.

Drivers affected by the closures will be diverted onto the A329(M) heading away from their direction of travel and onto to the next junction where they can turn around.
