BROAD Street Mall has been put on sale for £62m.

That is according to commercial real estate group CoStar which has reported Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed to make the sale for current owners Englander Group and Davidson Kempner Capital Management.

Market sources have said the 299,756 sq ft retail site, built in 1972 and formerly known as the Butts Centre, has been put on the market for an estimated £62m as well as the 750 space adjoining car park and the former Yell RG Squared office, which has planning permission to be converted into residential.
