Seven people have been arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs in a dawn raid involving 100 police officers.
Thames Valley Police had warrants for ten properties in Reading and one in Basingstoke and five men and two women have been taken into custody.
Warrants carried out under the Misuse of Drugs Act were at properties in Chatham Street, Underwood Road, Richmond Road, Hodsoll Road and St Marys Butts in Reading and Browning Close in Basingstoke.
Four warrants were also carried out under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act in Blewbury Drive, Wilton Road, and Berkeley Avenue, all in Reading, and Blossom Road in Caversham.
Robin Rickard, Reading Local Police Commander said: “This morning we conducted warrants at properties across Reading as part of an operation to combat the supply of Class A drugs.
“The supply of illegal drugs will not be tolerated in Reading and we will always actively seek to bring to justice those who supply drugs."
