A TEENAGER was stabbed by robbers who screamed at him to hand over valuables in west Reading last week.
The 17-year-old boy was walking with a 19-year-old man in Tilehurst Road, between Honey End Lane and Water Road, at around 1am on Tuesday last week when they were approached by a gang of four men.
The thugs shouted at them to hand over their belongings and during the row, the 17-year-old was stabbed in his left thigh, although it is not yet known what weapon was used.
The victim was treated by ambulance staff at the scene and the gang ran off towards Prospect Park.
Nothing was stolen in the attack and police are hunting for the robbers. The first two are black and one is around 6ft tall with short black hair, brown eyes and a chiselled jaw. The second is 5ft 11ins, with broad shoulders and short curly black hair.
The other two are mixed race and one is 5ft 7ins to 6ft, with short brown hair and hazel eyes, and the other is 6ft and slim with short black hair, a wide nose and brown eyes.
