A POST-MORTEM carried out on a body found in Arborfield on Monday has ruled the cause of death as asphyxiation.
Police are continuing to investigate the death of the victim - believed to be Nepalese national Krishnamaya Mabo (pictured) - and a 30-year-old man remains in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murder.
The 39-year-old woman, who is diabetic, went missing from her home in Arborfield on Sunday evening.
She was found in a field near Robin Hood Copse at 1pm on Monday and the post-mortem examination was carried out at the Royal Berkshire Hospital yesterday (Tuesday).
