Update: Beale Park Boat Show to go ahead today
Published: 9 Jun 2012 08:30
Show organisers were forced to cancel yesterday's show because of adverse weather conditions. But dry weather overnight and forecasts for a bright day today mean the show will go on as planned.
Spokeswoman Donna Hatchett said organisers would continue to monitor the situation tomorrow and added: "Advance Tickets Sales for Friday will be honoured with the option to transfer attendance either to Saturday or Sunday conditions permitting."
Updated information will be posted on the Boat Show website - www.bealeparkboatshow.co.uk - before 9am each day.
The wildlife park in Lower Basildon is also open to the public as normal. Call the park on 0844 826 1761 for more information or 0118 9767489 for enquires about the boat show.
