A TODDLER was reunited with his mum after being accidentally locked in a car in Earley today.

Firefighters from Wokingham Road were called to the car, near The George pub in Wokingham Road, at about 5pm and spent half an hour trying to get inside.

The firemen encouraged the two-year-old boy to open the car door before managing to reach the car keys through a crack in the window.
